After repeated unfulfilled requests in July 2006 to selected justices and to court administrative staff, on August 1, 2006, I obtained from journalist Peter Callaghan a copy of a comment letter dated April 25, 2005, from the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (WSTLA) addressing proposed Rules 1.6 (Confidentiality), Rule 3.3 (Candor Toward Tribunal), and Rule 8.3 (Reporting Professional Misconduct).
